Dan is a registered psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society. He holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science, Graduate Diploma of Psychology, Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology, Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.

Dan adopts a person-centered approach to therapy, with experience supporting clients with varied presentations. He brings a commitment to humanising the therapeutic experience through evidenced based therapies.

Dan is regularly engaged as an expert witness in both the Children’s Court and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. He has broad clinical and forensic experience, conducting assessments across family law, child protection and criminal proceedings.

In his mediation work, Dan has guided hundreds of families toward practical, child-focused agreements, successfully helping them avoid protracted litigation.
